In short

Created around Christine Bertocchi's work, D’un instant à l’autre company, explores and examines the multiple uses of the voice, the connection between music and movement, and writing and improvisation. Based in Burgundy since 2005, D’un instant à l’autre company works on developing artistic projects around music creation (concerts, sound exhibits, performances, residencies, educational projects, workshops,...)

The three main activities of the company revolve around making new works, touring and training courses.

As a certified Qualiopi continuing education organization, D’un instant à l’autre develops innovative teaching methods for professionals in music and live performance as well as for the general public (workshops, educational programs).

With its choice to establish itself in the Burgundy countryside, the company aims to sustainably deepen its involvement in the local and regional community (public programs, residencies), while maintaining and expanding its activities at the national and international levels (artistic partnerships, residencies, repertoire dissemination).

D'un instant à l'autre's projects are made possible thanks to our regular collaborators' support: Burgundy DRAC (Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs), Côte d'Or Departmental Councils and the city of Dijon.

Our projects receive support from the Burgundy region, Pays de l'Auxois, city of Montbard, city of Saulieu, Rectorat, Spedidam, Adami, Sacem, Caisse des dépôts.

D'un instant à l'autre is a member of Futurs Composés network, a contemporary musical creation national network.

Work studio in Quincerot

The company's studio is a space dedicated to residencies for artists who work closely with the company and who wish to come and create, deepen or refine a musical repertoire or a performance piece. On a regular basis, D’un instant à l’autre organizes feedback sessions, end of workshops presentations, public rehearsals or musical and theatrical performances at the studio, in the community hall «la Quintilienne», and also on historical local sites. These key-moments are for the company, a way to share singular and demanding projects with the local audience. It also gives an opportunity to create a cultural dynamic within this rural environment.
